This policy explains what FEELGOOD LIVE collects and how FEELGOODFELLAS Inc. uses and protects that information.

Information collected

We may collect DJ names, business names, email addresses, login information, subscription status, support messages, event names and codes, guest display names, requested songs and artists, votes, queue activity, request status, transaction details, device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies, and diagnostic logs.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and event rooms, process purchases, authenticate users, deliver confirmations, support customers, prevent fraud, secure and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce agreements.

Service providers and event visibility

Information may be handled by providers that host data, process payments, deliver email, provide analytics, or support reliability. Event request details are visible to the relevant DJ and may be visible to event participants when the interface says so.

Sale and advertising

We do not sell personal information for money and FEELGOOD LIVE is not currently designed to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information while reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, tax, disputes, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing bookings@feelgoodfellas.com. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
