Terms of Service

Effective September 16, 2026 · FEELGOODFELLAS Inc.

These terms govern FEELGOOD LIVE DJ accounts, event dashboards, guest song requests, paid request options, QR codes, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing access, or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription or paid request. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. Accounts may not be resold or transferred.

Subscription and automatic renewal

The DJ plan costs $49 at activation and includes the first 30 days. Beginning on day 31, it renews automatically at $29 per month until canceled. Taxes may apply. Cancel through our online cancellation page before the next renewal to prevent the next charge.

Paid song requests

Paid options increase request visibility only. They do not guarantee a play or a specific play time. The DJ keeps final control and may reject, delay, or remove a request for event flow, client instructions, venue rules, content, safety, licensing, availability, or technical reasons.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not intentionally store full card numbers. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Payment Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use FEELGOOD LIVE to break the law, infringe rights, harass others, submit dangerous content, introduce malware, scrape or reverse engineer the service, evade fees, or access another person’s account or data.

Music responsibility

FEELGOOD LIVE does not provide music licenses, recordings, or public-performance rights. DJs, venues, and organizers remain responsible for licensing, permissions, and venue rules.

Ownership

FEELGOODFELLAS Inc. owns FEELGOOD LIVE software, branding, interface, documentation, and original workflows, except for third-party components and user content. Users grant the limited rights needed to process submitted event and request information.

Availability

The service may experience maintenance, outages, latency, or third-party failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every request will reach a DJ device.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FEELGOOD LIVE is provided as is and as available. FEELGOODFELLAS Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid for FEELGOOD LIVE during the six months before the claim, where permitted by law.

Governing law and contact

California law governs these terms. Court proceedings must be brought in an appropriate court in Los Angeles County unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact bookings@feelgoodfellas.com.
