Refund and Payment Policy

DJ subscriptions

The $49 activation includes the first 30 days. The $29 monthly charge begins on day 31 and renews until canceled. Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Charges are generally nonrefundable after a service period begins, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, qualifying service failures, or refunds required by law.

Guest paid requests

The $5 Priority, $10 Move Me Up, and $20 VIP options purchase added visibility only. They do not guarantee that a song will be played, played next, available, appropriate, or approved.

A refund may be requested when a charge is duplicated, a paid request does not reach the event queue because of a verified system failure, an invalid event code captures payment, or the payment was unauthorized. A DJ’s decision not to play a song does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Email bookings@feelgoodfellas.com within 14 days. Include the payer name, date, amount, and event code. Never email a full card number.
